Lukas McNett has over six years of experience in the legal profession, specializing in patent and litigation support. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication, summa cum laude, from Washington State University, and an Associate in Arts from Clark College.

 

At the firm, Lukas supports patent prosecution and litigation through a variety of responsibilities, including corresponding with clients and foreign associates, drafting and filing patent application documents, and assisting with federal district court cases by drafting documents and managing related deadlines through research and docketing. He also contributes to firm operations by assisting with accounts receivable, helping refine internal processes, and producing a monthly newsletter that highlights ongoing improvements.

 

Before transitioning into the legal field, Lukas spent seven years at Frito-Lay, Inc. as a site trainer and team lead at the Portland regional distribution center.
