In her role as president of the Oregon Patent Law Association (OPLA), Kolitch Romano Partner Amber Sun invited Chinese intellectual property lawyer Christopher Shaowei to speak at a continuing legal education (CLE) event on May 15, 2019.
Christopher is a senior partner with NTD Intellectual Property Attorneys based in Beijing, and is a well-known IP litigator in China. The CLE topics included Recent Developments in China’s IP System and an Introduction to China’s Utility Model System and Anti-Unfair Competition Law. The CLE was well received and had good attendance. Afterward, Christopher stopped by the Kolitch Romano offices for further discussion with our team.
