Kolitch Romano partner Dave Bourgeau joined a distinguished panel today, in downtown Portland. The panelists spoke at a continuing legal education event put on by the Oregon Patent Law Association (OPLA).
The panel presented various aspects of patent indefiniteness, relating to 35 U.S.C. ยง 112(b) and 112(f), as well as the Nautilus decision by the Supreme Court, the impact on Inter Partes Review, and other related considerations.
The CLE drew one of the biggest audiences in recent years for an OPLA event, with several dozen members of the Oregon legal community in attendance.
